Deke Gannon appears to avenge his father's death at the hands of drug lord, Tony 'The Razor' Razetti. Deke destroys the Razetti organization and tracks him down in an ocean chase through the islands of the Caribbean which ends on the volcanic peak of Martinique's Mount Pelee.
