Kay Somers was an efficient nurse and Peter Raynal was a brilliant surgeon -- but though they respected each other's abilities, as people they could just not get on, and they found themselves in constant conflict. Thank goodness. Kay thought, it would not be long now before she was married and leaving St. Jude's Hospital for good.
