BUFFALO CENTER RAN ON GUNS AND CORRUPTION. There was a protection racket in this tough town, and it was pay up or die. When one good man said no, they started digging his grave. Slocum decided it was time to end the murder and he didn't care how many gunslicks he had to kill to do it. Because even in a hell town like Buffalo Center folks deserved the right to live decent, and Slocum was just the man to give 'em a chance...even if he left more people buried than walking the street.
