Garage sale reseller and amateur sleuth, Macy Garson, is determined to grow her already thriving business even more, now that she has an assistant to help out. But she soon discovers that she needs to grow in other areas of her life as well.

A chance encounter with a man in the grocery store changes her perspective and clues her in to things about her assistant's past that she didn't know.

Macy is faced with a dilemma. Should she dig further into something that has seared her assistant's heart, taking a chance that the young woman might never speak to her again, or should she walk away from an unsolved murder, allowing a killer to run free?
