If your world fell apart, would you be a helpless victim, a tyrant or would you struggle to survive against those that would exploit you? In every national conflict there have always been those that resist. To resist, you have to survive. If it happened in the United States, how would you feed yourself without being able to go to the store? How would you protect yourself from those that carry guns and, the biggest question of all, how would you protect those that looked to you as their leader?
When thousands of people flee the dystopian cities Chattanooga and Atlanta, and gather in the woods, they look for one man to be their leader. He didn't ask to be the leader, he didn't want to be the leader, but sometimes leadership chooses you. Whether you lead because of your vision, circumstances, luck, or because of a promise made to a little girl, when you are chosen, you must lead. Using what skills you have, and relying on good people, you defend when you can, you hide the people the best you can, and, when the time is right, you run as hard as you can.
