CALIBAN'S CASTLE
1952 had been a miserable year for Trish Radik. So it was without nostalgia that she toasted 1953, anticipating a happier year ahead. Then, when the new year had barely begun, Doc Williams, the man who had reared her from childhood in Blair House Orphanage, arranged a meeting between Trish and the famed parapsychologist, Randolph Welch. The mysterious researcher had leased an old estate - Caliban's Castle - to conduct his work, and Trish accepted the position of nurse and companion to Randolph Welch's "subject." But when the "subject" of Welch's research turns out to be a young woman with a split personality, Trish knows that her year will be far from peaceful - and that her life there will add another chapter of terror to the legacy of Caliban's Castle.
