Saskia — Ann Herrick

When he was a boy, Ben had an experience on which, years later, he still reflects. One summer Ben's father took on a hired hand,  who had a daughter who pitched in to help, mostly around the house.  The girl was in her early teens. Her name was Saskia.She had blonde hair, a nice smile, a great laugh, and Ben thought she was pretty. She was also easy to talk to. Ben spent a special summer with Saskia, and was dazzled by her mysterious talents.  Years later, when he sees her again, he at last has an opportunity to ask about the source of her magic.
