Sasha's Little Red Box: An Adoption Story — Sandra Jones

Sasha's Little Red Box is the story of a little boy's journey from an overcrowded orphanage to his forever family in a strange new world. During his journey home, Sasha is given a little red box, which he ultimately uses to store extra scraps of food. Like many children who reside in orphanages around the world, Sasha is malnourished and copes with hunger by hoarding food. In time, he learns to trust his new surroundings and enjoy all that his new life has to offer.
