San Diego Rhapsody — Wayne Saunders

Kristen Thomas is a San Diego detective living on her dockside boat in San Diego harbor. She's a veteran of ten years on the force and a no nonsense woman that enjoys her life in San Diego. Kris is called to Sea World to investigate the body in an abandoned car. The only clue to his identity was his business card, since he'd lost his head somewhere along the way. During her investigation she has a new partner new partner assigned to her. Tyler Jackson from Chicago, is an eight year veteran detective who wants out of the cold of Chicago for the warm sun of San Diego. He has a penchant nice clothes, tipping, and beautiful women and offers a unique diversion for Kris, as they attempt to gain ground on their new partnership. Kris and Tyler's second case is a college student, who's discovered by a fisherman in San Diego harbor. She was liked by everyone that knew her. Well, almost everyone. Through all of this, Kris is working on her relationship with Julia, her partner in life.
