Government veterinarian Jane Ransom expected explosives, shelling and bad-tempered ewes while working in Russia's war-ravaged Caucasus mountains, but nobody warned her about excessively hot Russian bodyguards. Or long hours spent sandwiched between them in a backseat designed for two.
