You don't have to look too hard to find happiness in the city of the future... It's all right there for you: a good job, cheap food and entertainment, efficient public services, low crime rates, free education... But in the city of the future, happiness comes at a price. The price is freedom. Dominic is an average teenager who knows how his life is going to turn out: just like everyone else's. He'll leave school, get a job, get married, live happily ever after... The usual. Then a freak accident gives him the ability to read other people's thoughts, and Dominic begins to learn just how bad life in the city really is.
