Jim Richards joins a small town Sheriff's Dept. hoping for less excitement in his life. When bodies begin showing up, some drained of blood, others torn to pieces, he finds himself pursuing bizarre monster's made up of rags with inhuman strength. He must find out who controls these monsters if he hopes to save the people of his town.
