The perfect voice-over voice -- that was Hurley Fitzgerald's toe-curling Irish baritone. And advertising whiz Maureen Cunningham envisioned using it to sell everything from Porsches to peanuts. That Hurley, head of his own ad agency, was looking for an American raincoat campaign, not a talent contract, didn't faze her a bit.
She'd simply fly to Dublin, charm his brogues off and whisk him back to the Big Apple. Or so she thought -- until meeting Hurley in the flesh rearranged her priorities. Suddenly, settling far his voice alone seemed a terrible, terrible waste....
