Unfortunately everything falls apart just before the national championship game as Buzzsaw disappears and Greened Burger abandons his team. Many years later, a struggling journalist named Rebbie Steeley is on a mission to uncover what had gone wrong during that fateful season. This is an action packed piece of Americana. The story takes the reader on a quixotic journey across the college football landscape and then into exotic and foreign destinations.
