Origin - K-Bar - Weapons — Thom Nichols

Back in his own time, K-bar is on his own. All of his friends have returned to their regular lives. K-bar has never had a normal life and isn't sure what to do with himself. He would like to meet a girl and settle down, but he still has the prophecy looming over his head. There isn't anything he can do about the prophecy, so he eases into a typical existence. Everything is going well until he learns of alien ships in his solar system. K-bar takes a day off to fix the problem. When he comes back it is like he has landed on a different planet. His whole life has fallen apart. The worst of all, he is arrested for the murder of the girl he just started seeing. Attempting to restore order, K-bar learns he is being set up by the werewolf Gingnon. Not only does he now possess an arsenal of weapons that make K-bar's personal force field useless, he recklessly infects a team of female football players with his lycanthropy. Werewolves, weapons and women… Not a good combination.
