One-Man Army — John Cutter

Jack Sullivan learns that a murderous mastermind named Legion has hired a small army of street thugs to terorize, vandalize and force innocent tenants out of their apartments to created a dope and prostitution headquarters. The Specialist jumps at the chance to wipe out this outrage. But unknown to Sullivan, Legion lays a contract on him with Anthony Fabrizzio, AKA Tony the Chill, the ultimate assassin with over a hundred dead victims as emblems of his expertise. So the game tightens up and the Specialist becomes a...ONE-MAN ARMY.
