The kids who live on Orange Street have always played in the empty lot around the big Valencia orange tree. Its branches are perfect for climbing. Its leaves are cool and shady. But the tree also holds a mystery -- one that ties together a heart-shaped stone, a stranger with a sketchpad, and a bright orange traffic cone.
