Alien pets and intrigues abound at Redpoint One's Exotic Pet Show.
Vallory Shist came to the pet show for something other than winning a prize. She must quickly find a new habitat for her group of nearly extinct Etrucian Daubpups. She does not have time for a romance with one of the locals.
Damien Lysander struggles to find out why the life-support systems are randomly failing across the space station. If the problem remains unsolved, it could shut down the pet show before it even begins. Then he encounters Vallory and her heat-sensitive daubpups, shaking his world to its very core.
