No Gold for Tina — John Robb

Newspaper reporter Desmond Tearle, investigating the murder of racketeer Daks Hale, finds that the principal suspect has been framed. Then he discovers that Hale's mistress, the deadly Tina Tallan, had arranged the murder and intends to take over Hale's gang.
