Part one of Nirvana ended with Maia learning about the role Kadeem played in Juvie's accident. The betrayal is something she can't seem to get over, and decides that, their friendship is over. With Juvie on life support, Aria's fast paced new life, and the end of her twenty year friendship with her best friend, Maia's life seems to be spiraling. In the midst of sorrow, Pierre is there for her in ways that she thought only Kadeem could be.
