Seventeen-year-old Kodak Riley believes he's photographing yet another traffic accident for his dad's small-town newspaper -- until he discovers the dead body in the submerged car is that of the local minister's wife. Convinced this is no accident, Kodak embarks on a clandestine investigation which leads him into an offbeat relationship with the sheriff's beautiful but mysterious foster daughter.
