Naturalist Jamie Freeman is determined to protect the small band of mustangs that roam the Montana prairie. Rancher Brad Kincaid is just as determined to protect his stock from the marauding wild horses. As they struggle over the differences that divide them, Jamie and Brad discover they share a love for the land-and for each other.
