Murder Keeps a Secret — Haughton Murphy

Historian David Rowan is riding high. He's a Pulitzer Prize winner, a speech writer for a leading Presidential candidate, the lover of a glamorous TV anchorwoman, the biographer of a great Supreme Court justice.

So it's big news when someone pitches David Rowan through his midtown Manhattan office window. Rowan's godfather, retired attorney Reuben Frost, eagerly joins in the hunt for his killer.
