McCall — James T. Murphy

Cram McCall is a young cowboy-turned-lawman to honor the memory of his father, a territorial judge shot to death by a vengeful ex-convict. In 1889, now in mid-life and the sheriff of Muddy Creek, Wyoming, he aligns himself with others who share tragedies in their lives, discovers the woman who becomes the love of his life, and maps out his destiny. Along the way he relies on the expertise of his half-breed friend, “LaTuk,” to track down a killer in the Black Hills.
