Mall Walkers
There's a small city in the South that we'll call Dixie City in order to save it from the notoriety that doubtlessly would result if this story gets out. Nonetheless, I believe this is a story that needs telling, eh? So I'm going to forge ahead and tell it anyway. It has to do with our very strange experience --- that would be mine and my wife's, don'tcha know --- as mall walkers in Dixie City's oldest (and only) covered mall.

The Dixie Mall is a mysterious and creepy place to start with; however, it's the only place in town where we older folks can have our morning walk without having to deal with the weather. But it's about these mall walkers --- are they alive, dead, undead, or (maybe??) about-to-be-dead? Or don't they know?

This is a Dixie City horror tale with a touch of humor and a bit of philosophy.
