Delusion (7): Nothing ever seems to be normal in David's life. If he isn't struggling with the problem of his lingering attraction to his ex-wife, Vivian, he's battling dimensional monsters who are trying to take over the city. But then, to add to his problems, his child ward, Simone, mysteriously disappears and, when she's found, she has no idea of what happened to her. This would be peculiar enough by itself, but it happens again and again, despite everyone's attempts to prevent it. No one can find an explanation for her unconventional behavior and, to make matters worse, the city becomes plagued by an unruly and colorful group of bizarre jewelry-eating creatures. David, Mel and Carl haven't the faintest idea of how to solve this morass of confusion until Vanish devises a cunning plan to find out who, or what, is behind it all. When the answer is finally discovered, it turns out to be a case of truth being stranger than fiction, because the one person they trust the most, turns out to be not quite as authentic as they had believed.Miss Tre (8): There's been a murder and the main suspect is obviously guilty. After all, being found standing over the body, covered in blood and with a gun in hand, is rather suspicious, isn't it? The only one not believing this scenario is Vanish, the miniature Sherlock Holmes from the streets. He persuades Simone to use her paranormal ability to talk to the recently deceased and what she discovers comes as a shock to everyone. Her information sets the whole investigation onto an entirely new direction. And, as it happens, it becomes a very dangerous one. David, Carl, Vanish, Simone and Mel find themselves dealing with High Society, drug runners and malicious monsters, although the monsters may not be all that they seem. In fact, one of them turns out to be a most mysterious puzzle indeed.
