Longarm is assigned to recover a cache of Army rifles stolen out of Texas and smuggled across the border into Mexico. A wild bandit named Mendoza and a faction of insurgents known as Los Ninos de Libertad -- The Children of Liberty -- are the most likely suspects -- but which one is the guilty party?
