The folks in Saint Angelique, Louisiana, have a good laugh when some know-it-all kid shows up, demanding directions to Bayou Noir, where, legend has it, pirate Jean Lafitte buried his treasure. The fortune-hunter is Matthew Chadwick, son of none other than the Louisiana senator -- who's sent Longarm down to find him.
