On a remote barren island in the Hebrides loomed the sinister greystone mansion where old Emmanual MacDonald lay dying. To his bedside came his young niece Flora, hoping to bring comfort to his last days. But there was no comfort in that house of the damned. The ghost of her fiance wandered the hallways, and the phantom image of her drowned aunt rose from the depths of the nearby lake - a harbinger of doom.
