Kelt — Frank James

Victors write history, the defeated have no voice. Sometimes the victor is impressed enough to mention his foe and so it is with Julius Caesar. A brief mention in the ‘Gallic Wars' leads Frank James to wonder at the statue of a young warrior in France.
