Kaleidoscope — Dan Mazur

This is a collection of short stories for kids. Included are a story about a magical pen that feeds off of a young boy's imagination, a girl's relationship with nature and wise old tree, and a mysterious creature that washes up on shore only to be subjected to an onslaught of tourists wanting selfies. Also included is the story of a boy who doesn't like summer camp so he sneaks away from his campsite only to encounter the legendary Bigfoot. And finally there is a tale about the perfect kid. Harper is an amazing athlete and student but he seems a little too good to be true.
