Since it was through Dr. Justin Baroni's actions that Vivien had lost her job, it seemed only fair that he should find her another, nursing his small nephew through glandular fever; and traveling to Malta, all expenses paid, to do it! But it was disconcerting to discover that Justin was going to be there too, especially as it was so glaringly obvious that the doctor was only interested in Vivien's friend Caroline.
