When revolution spilled across the planet Hong Kong local corrupt politicians took direct control. They activated contingency plans and ordered ships seized by their own forces. For some unsuspecting ships the danger is all to real. The captain of the Empire ship Paney has a problem. Orders have come replacing half his crew with outsiders as part of an experiment. Normally orders would be orders but something is strange about these men. They don't know the things that they should know if they were true Navy officers. A mutiny is brewing and loyal crew members are about to be trapped in the middle of it. Pirates have penetrated security aboard ship and will soon control it. For the crew to survive they will have to fantastical things. Such as walk the length of the ship outside on the hull while it's underway! Drastic measures will have to be taken. Sacrifices will have to be made. As part of the rescue force does Lieutenant Athena Lee have the willpower to do it? It will be up to her and her team to capture or kill the invading Pirates and save the ship. And what about Wilson?
