Nicholas is thrilled when his family moves to Riverdale, the town of his favorite author. That is, until 'Were' becomes real. Nicholas Nelson loves scary stories; mummies, vampires, werewolves. So, when his family moves to the town of Jonathan Moore, his favorite author, and whose whereabouts are currently a mystery, Nicholas and his new best friend, Ian, decide to investigate. What they find is that Jonathan, in his latest book, intends to reveal the 'Were' nature of the community. However, Head Master Smith, the town's Alpha, has plans of his own.
