It's the best-kept secret in Rotworth Forest -- the funny, white whiskered man in the floppy red hat is Hugh Pine, a porcupine. And a very smart porcupine at that. You see, Hugh dresses like a human because he thinks it's safer. Speeding cars never stop for his animal friends, but the drivers not only see Hugh and swerve around him, they even wave to him! Unfortunately, the other porcupines are too lazy to follow Hugh's example. So Hugh agrees to help them, only to discover that you don't really have to be human to be smart.
