Hanshi in Brussels — Stephen Kaufman

After the Central Park debacle, Hanshi David Mann is contacted by Interpol and the NYPD because of his prior involvement. NATO headquarters are blown up in Brussels and clues lead back to the drug arrests made in NY as a result of Mann's previous work with them. A maze of international arms consortiums unfolds as Mann uncovers a CIA-sanctioned deal directly involving a major French crime syndicate with ties to a plot that will shut down the World's financial markets if their demands are not met. A romance develops between Mann and an agent provacateur working for the Surete causing much havoc as Mann begins to uncover the far-reaching implications.
