Haint Blue — Amanda M. Lyons

Ally Laughtner finds herself alone and on foot a few days after she fled the horror of Jamie's Pumpkin Men. Lost and uncertain of where she might end up, she follows a trail of woodsmoke through the woods and up the mountain to a cabin where an old woman offers her shelter and food. In return Ally offers to help the woman with anything she might need, but she may have more on her hands than she bargained for.
