Foster Love
DESPERATE LOVE

It was supposed to be a brief undercover assignment in Central America. Agent Morgan Foster kissed his children good-bye, promising to return in six months. But the operation backfired, and Morgan spent the next four years of his life in hiding, scraping to survive, struggling for safe passage back to the U.S. When he returned, he discovered that much had changed in four years. His ex-wife, the mother of his children, had died in an accident, and his five kids had been assigned to a foster home.

Morgan was appalled by the thought of his kids toiling away on a widow's Oklahoma farm--until he met their foster mother, "the Widow Collins," a sprightly, petite blond. Although Sarah Collins had not borne Morgan's children, they were the children of her heart. And the kids loved living on Sarah's rambling farm with chickens, horses, ducks, and a cow named Edna. Sarah wanted to hate the man who would take away her kids. But Morgan was their father.

In the spirit of compromise, Sarah offered him a room at the farm so that he and the children could get reacquainted. But she hadn't anticipated the effect of his dark bedroom eyes, eyes that sent shivers of desire up her spine. His solid, sexy presence was difficult to ignore. Was she falling in love with Morgan Foster--or was she merely desperate to hold on to the children she adored?
