Forest Fire — Anne Capeci

Hi, I'm Arnold. I'm one of the kids in Ms. Frizzle's class.

When I told Ms. Frizzle that my uncle was a forest firefighter, I didn't think we'd take a field trip to visit him. I really didn't think that we'd find ourselves in an actual forest fire. And I had no idea that Ms. Frizzle would tell us that fires can sometimes be a good thing for forests.

But it all happened on the day the Magic School Bus came to the rescue.
