Up the mountains and through the trees and around the bears... did someone say bears? TV writer Jack Christopher doesn't need that much authentic detail in his survival-of-the-fittest screenplay. And trekking through the weeds isn't any easier just because his guide is a beautiful woman. Danni Spring seems to think he can't even rub two sticks together to start a fire unless she shows him how. And who is she to tell him it's impossible to catch trout with his bare hands?

Just the most capable forest ranger for miles around, that's all. Or so Danni Spring's been told. After all, it's not as if taking a tenderfoot like Jack into her beloved forest was even her idea. But the man is amazingly handsome... and a lot of fun. And he sure looks good in wet jeans, even if the trout are laughing. He seems to be determined to impress her, and he has. Because he's already won her heart....
