Aggie Mundeen moves from Chicago to San Antonio with plans to start over, shape up at Fit and Firm Health Club and share fitness hints with readers of her column, "Stay Young with Aggie." While she sizes up Texans, a girl turns up dead. Despite the SAPD detective who investigates, she is determined to flush out the killer. When the club evacuates members in various stages of undress, and the killer comes after her, she forgoes fitness to try to stay alive.
