Wildfires threaten River's End Ranch as Lindsey Montgomery arrives out to find the brother she just found out she has. Family has never meant much to her, her adoption not what she'd hoped for. After years of loneliness, she finds out that she had a twin brother, and they were separated as toddlers. She sets out to find him, but finds much more than a new brother.

Alex Bauer works with Dani Weston in Search and Rescue, and they have their hands full with a summer of wildfires. On top of that, he already has a big family -- four sisters, in fact -- and isn't looking for more to worry about. But when he meets Lindsey, he's got one more thing to set his mind to. Can all these families come together while keeping the ranch safe?
