In this fourth installment of Duty and Deception, the main figure in the rogue operation, Tristan Bradford, emerges. He is cruel in his dealings and selfish. With a desire to leave the country, he circles back and causes massive destruction in an attempt to keep his whereabouts a secret. Neo and Cayman must stay ahead of Bradford but he's making that very difficult. Neo and his family are still very much in danger, and with Neo and Sophia now expecting their first child, Neo is more anxious than ever to get this hunt over with. How can Neo keep his wits about him when everything inside him is screaming for him to take his family and run into hiding once again.
