Estabrook Falls — William Allen

When recently retired Boston Police Detective Seth Richards is offered a chance to return to his native home state of Maine to house sit a secluded cabin on a pond he jumped at it. After over a quarter century fighting crime, a little down time was just what the doctor ordered. However shortly after arriving in Estabrook Falls he meets a troubled mentally challenged woman named Darlin who believes she is killing people from her past. To make matters worse she believes her Papa, who she accidentally killed in a hunting accident twenty years ago, is making her carry out the murders. Seth is convinced she is not really murdering people but when Darlin tells him details about the murders only someone at the murder scene would know he sets off to find out what is going on
