Escape — Aron Spilken

They were a group of apolitical professional middle class people from El Salvador. Their story beings in their homeland, where life is a daily gamble with death, where a vast underground escape network flourishes - a network created by "businessmen" who demand both money and sexual favors to smuggle aliens into the United States. This is the vivid and heartbreaking drama of how 40 men, woman and infants attempt to flee terrorism though the jungles and mountains of Central America and Mexico. They suffer wretched setbacks only to realize their ultimate betrayal when thay are abandoned on the deadly burning sands of the Arizona desert.
