Having won her sexual discrimination suit against Jackson County Medical Center, or "General Jack," Jan has nearly grown accustomed to the practical jokes of the hospital's disgruntled male staff. Her empty promotion to Security's Head of Special Projects, of which there are none, has left her with time on her hands. Still, Jan plugs on - it's all in a day's work.
