Stelby Skinkman is a 60 year old widow who has never sewn her wild oats. Following a one night stand, the rural Nebraska woman returns to her small town with a vow to form a group of woman dedicated to finding more in life. When a baby's skeleton is found in Stelby's basement, the women of the group are forced into change which will either break them or move them forward.
