When Destiny's wild behavior catches-up with her and lands her in serious trouble with the law, it's up to her brother (Chicago) to again rescue her. Though Chicago takes it upon himself to look-out for his full-grown sister, especially after the broad-daylight murder of their mother â€" he's also struggling with his own personal-demons. On-and-off relationships with hoodish girlfriends, money problems, court battles, consistent drama-situations in Destiny's life and the rogue cop's increasing strong-arming of him â€" all of these things are beginning to wear him down to a breaking point.

Chicago tries his best to hold it together â€" keep from going gangsta, and solving problems in his normal way…with a gun! â€" But when the tables are turned on him and he smells a set-up that threatens his life, he's forced to take matters into his own hands!
