When Terri Harper became an intern on the children's ward of a Hawaii hospital, she knew she should not get too involved with her young patients. Certainly, Dr. Drew Wellington, her chief, kept reminding her of that again and again. The dynamic young doctor also kept reminding Terri that he did not approve of the cartoons she drew during her free time. And Terri tried to heed the demanding doctor.
