Doug has always been the target of Roger's taunts, but lately he's found a way to get back at him. He has finally learned to put down Roger and everyone is laughing. Being the popular class clown is an exhilarating experience for Doug.

But Doug can't stop himself with just insulting Roger. He gets laughs by insulting his mother, Skeeter, and even Patti -- of all people.
